“Worry Isn’t Work.” by Dan Pallotta on Harvard Business Review


 Many people think that keep focuson what they are doing now or in the future about their works could be treated as beneficial for their working status. Like Pallotta says, Many of us have grown up thinking that if we are properly self-punishing then we are somehow being responsible. What if one could do so instead of just worryingabout working, then, that is. Unfortunately, people are being stressed out more than being really concentrate on works.

Through practicing, people can first get the inner peace and this can be implemented while they are working. Also, it helps them to clear their minds. Swiping out useless worries and concentrating what they should do is actual called productive and effective. Moreover, with these benefits, people will not bring negative effects home from stressful works.
