Meditation exploits the inner potentials of the brain

Studies have shown that  meditation practice with the body and mind focused and generally relaxed breathing, has profound effect on the brain's regulation. The linking of  "body" and "soul" in the state of Meditation is the key to enhance the brain and  transform physiological  limitations.
