English Meditation- Weekly (Friendly) Reminder

Its the first week of November and the weekly English Meditation Session is coming up! (Friday 10/4)

If possible, try arriving 15 to 30 minutes earlier to calm our minds and relax from a week of stress! ( This will also give us better mediation results! )


Last week we began our first class with breathing practices.

Place: B1F., No.146, Sec. 1, Xinsheng S. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City 106, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

Naïve Beginners welcome for the first three weeks, after which please contact us before you come, so we can make arrangements to review basics for you before the session.)
