If possible, try arriving 15 to 30 minutes earlier to calm our minds and relax from a week of stress! ( This will also give us better mediation results! )

Chan (Zen) Meditation Sessions for Beginners (FREE)
World Leadership Education Foundation provides a weekly (Chan meditation session for beginners. This session features Sitting Chan, Motion Chan, Chan life style, etc. Chan meditation improves physical mental health and relieves stress. Understand more about this physical, mental and spiritual practice. Regardless your religious background, you are welcome to join us!
